The Neutral Colocation Center (NCC) provides a range of wholesale colocation solutions designed for network operators, ISPs, and other licensed service providers both in Romania and internationally. It offers a neutral infrastructure with uninterrupted power, a secure and climate-controlled environment, flexible connectivity options, and 24/7 first-level support. Strategically located to cover major telecom nodes across Romania, NCC enables efficient access to both local and regional markets. Additionally, its distributed public peering platform allows customers to freely exchange Internet traffic locally or nationally, ensuring optimal performance and redundancy.
Facility Design & Capacity
The NCC facility spans 30 sq.m. of fully built-out whitespace and operates as a multi-tenant data center. It was commissioned in 2008 and utilizes a retrofitted construction type. Customers can choose from multiple colocation options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rack space, cages, and suites. Rack unit space can be purchased in increments of U, ¼ rack, or ½ rack, with the flexibility to scale as business needs grow. The design aligns with Tier 3 data center standards, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Power & Cooling Infrastructure
The colocation center provides continuous and protected power supply for customer equipment. It maintains a temperature-controlled environment of 22 ± 3 °C, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of hardware. Power-protection systems are in place to safeguard against outages, while the facility’s infrastructure supports scalable growth and uninterrupted operations.
