They offer a range of physical space options, from Individual Locked Racks and Cages (11u / 22u / 47u) to completely Private Rooms for maximum security, and Shared Rooms where customers can install their own cabinets within a common area. The data center offers various colocation solutions, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, Suites, and Build-to-Suit Footprints. For maximum privacy and security, Private Rooms are dedicated, walled-off spaces with exclusive power and access systems. Cages provide separation within a shared area, while Individual Locked Racks serve as a minimum security measure. They also offer Shared Rooms for dedicated areas to install customer-owned cabinets. The facility provides customer amenities such as a build room, secure locker space, break room, meeting room with A/V facilities, and dedicated or hot desk workspace.

Power availability is critical and guaranteed through a highly resilient N+1 UPS power protection system and N+1 diesel power generation with on-site fuel storage and a refuelling SLA. The facility utilizes Dedicated onsite High-Voltage substations and offers 32 amp A + B power feeds per cabinet. Power redundancy is guaranteed and tested monthly with a full mains failure simulation. The facility boasts strong green credentials with one of Europe's most energy-efficient facilities, achieving a PuE of <1.4, utilizing advanced cold-aisle containment, and a world-class low carbon footprint climate control system. State-of-the-art redundant cooling equipment maintains an ambient temperature of 18 to 25 ºC and a humidity level of 40%−60%. Both UPS Redundancy and Cooling Redundancy are N+1.

Security is multi-layered, featuring a secure fenced and gated compound, manned 24/7/365 by expert staff, multiple physical security layers, CCTV surveillance cameras, and Card Access Control. For fire safety, the facility uses advanced VESDA laser smoke detection and an Automatic Fire suppression system with INERGEN gas, supplemented by portable CO₂ fire extinguishing systems. Customers can benefit from locked cabinet, cages and safes for their equipment.

M247 operates 1 Internet Exchange Point, facilitates connectivity with 15 Peering networks, and offers access to 3 Network providers. This diverse range of connectivity ensures customers have robust options for their network requirements.
