The GTS Telecom Data Center in Bucharest offers state-of-the-art hosting services, leveraging its position on the 70 Gbit/sec metropolitan ring with direct access to the international cross-border network. This setup is designed to be an ideal hosting platform, guaranteeing maximum security, environmental monitoring, and full redundancy for both IP connectivity and power supply. Customers can choose from collocation services (racks and RUs), generic hosting, and dedicated hosting to minimize or eliminate their own IT&C investments, boosting competitiveness.

GTS Telecom provides a range of hosting services including collocation of racks and RUs, generic hosting, and dedicated hosting. A key feature is the offering of Disaster Recovery solutions, utilizing a secondary Data Center in Cluj-Napoca and two cloud platforms. The facility ensures 24x7 support from dedicated DC engineers, including Remote Hands Support, access to a Console room, and out-of-band access for hosted servers (IPKVM). Additional services cover the installation, decommissioning, and repair of hardware equipment, as well as cabling.

The Bucharest Data Center, operational since 2007, is a multi-tenant facility with a retrofitted construction type. It offers a Fully Built-Out Whitespace of 575 sq. ft. which is expandable. Hosting options include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages Footprints. The facility also features a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and dedicated Office Space.

The Data Center boasts a Fully Built-Out Power capacity of 2 MW. Power supply redundancy is guaranteed with N+1 UPS Redundancy and N+1 Standby Power Redundancy. The facility can support a Max power/rack of 10 kW and offers a power meter option per rack. The efficiency of the power usage is measured by a low PUE of 1.39. Cooling Redundancy is also maintained at N+1.

Security is a high priority, with 24/7 Onsite Security Staff and CCTV surveillance that is ISO 27001 Certified. Fire safety is handled by an Automatic Firesupression system utilizing Inergen as the Firesupression System agent.

The Data Center is built atop a 70 Gbit/sec metropolitan ring and connects directly to the international cross-border network, ensuring guaranteed redundancy for IP connectivity. The platform supports three peering networks. Furthermore, the hosting services include Anti DDoS protection (ARBOR).

GTS Telecom's operations adhere to stringent international standards, holding ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 9001 (Quality Management) certifications. The facility also possesses necessary ONJN Licenses.

In addition to core hosting, the Data Center provides 24x7 Remote Hands Support, 24/7 access to the Console room, and out-of-band access for hosted servers via IPKVM. The Disaster Recovery capability leverages the Data Center in Cluj-Napoca and the two cloud platforms. 24/7 Onsite Technical Staff are available for support, equipment installation/decommissioning, repair, and cabling.
