The M-VAULT 2 facility represents a landmark in Qatar’s technological infrastructure as the nation’s first "Mega" data centre. This purpose-built facility has been operational since 2014 and is designed to meet the most exacting international requirements. As a sole-tenant construction type with an expandable whitespace, it provides a dedicated and secure environment that allows businesses to operate with the confidence that their critical data is housed in a facility built specifically for high-density IT demands.

Reliability is the hallmark of the M-VAULT 2, which boasts an official Tier III Design and Facility certification. This classification ensures a guaranteed uptime of 99.98%, minimizing the risk of downtime for mission-critical applications. To maintain these standards, the facility is monitored 24/7 by the MEEZA Command and Control Centre (C3), ensuring that all environmental and technical systems are functioning at peak performance around the clock.

The facility offers 3,000 sq.m. of whitespace, accommodating a maximum power density of 4 kW per rack. These technical specs allow MEEZA to provide flexible housing options, ranging from shared rackspace and partial cabinets to full cabinets, cages, and custom suite footprints, all supported by on-site "Remote Hands" for immediate technical assistance.

A robust networking environment is central to MEEZA’s value proposition. M-VAULT 2 features a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and provides access to an Internet Exchange Point (IXP). The facility is integrated into a diverse ecosystem that includes eight peering networks and multiple network providers, ensuring low-latency connectivity and high-speed data transfer. This connectivity, combined with roof access for specialized communications, makes it an ideal hub for data-intensive global businesses.
