The facility is currently operating with a 3,000 square foot area dedicated to operations (whitespace), with significant plans for the future. The site boasts over 10,000 square feet for future expansion, indicating substantial room for growth. The core whitespace offers flexible hosting solutions, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages, all supported by Remote Hands service.

The electrical infrastructure is designed for high reliability, featuring a 75KVA three-phase electrical distribution. Power resilience is maintained by a Redundant (N+1) UPS with battery backup, which provides power conditioning and brownout protection. For long-term emergencies, a Redundant (N+1) power generation system is in place, backed by 96 hours of onsite fuel and an emergency refueling agreement. The system also offers redundant A/B power available through separate circuit breakers to ensure continuous uptime.

Climate control is managed by a Redundant Liebert cooling under floor and climate control system (HVAC), which is compliant with the ANSI 942 standard for data centers. The environment is continuously monitored through an Environmental monitoring system that tracks temperature, humidity, smoke, and water sensors. Both cooling and standby power systems maintain an N+1 redundancy level.

Physical and digital security is a top priority, with Centralized security and monitoring 24/7/365. The site uses Full motion video capture throughout 24/7/365 and incorporates security entrance barriers and alarms. Access to the data center floor is strictly controlled via Key Card/Code Access and Card Access Control. Access to the individual racks is secure and requires an escort.

The facility operates as a Carrier-Neutral facility, providing customers access to all of Puerto Rico's major telecommunication and data carriers and Peering networks. It supports versatile network connectivity via fiber, copper, or microwave. Additionally, the facility offers Roof access for customers requiring antenna installation. The network is professionally managed with network monitoring 24/7/365.

The entire site is a Hardened facility, designed to withstand significant environmental and physical stresses. Fire safety is handled by a state-of-the-art Automatic Fire suppression system utilizing the Non-Ozone depleting NOVEC 1230 fire suppression system, ensuring minimal damage to equipment in the event of a fire.
