The HUB787 (H787) facility is the Caribbean's most advanced Cable Landing Station and Data Center, specifically designed for resilience and robustness. This special-purpose facility is equipped to host submarine cable systems and high-performance computing equipment, ensuring continuous operation even in extreme conditions.

H787's design adheres to ANSI/TIA 942 - Tier 3 specifications, making it the sole building in Puerto Rico to offer an impressive 99.982% availability rate. The building has a Total Building Size of 202,885 sq. ft. and a Fully Built-Out Power of 2 MW. Key redundancies for critical systems include N+1 UPS Redundancy, N+1 Cooling Redundancy, and N+1 Standby Power Redundancy, with a maximum power density of 0.125 kW/sq. ft.

The facility's durability was significantly proven during the devastating Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. H787 successfully maintained operations for 42 days exclusively on generators until the local electric grid was fully restored, demonstrating exceptional operational continuity under duress.

A dedicated team of expert engineers works 24/7 to ensure the continuous operation of the building and its critical services. The facility maintains a highly secure environment through multiple layers of protection, including Mantrap Entry, CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, Card Access Control, and 24/7 Onsite Security Staff. It is also equipped with a Waterless Fire Suppression System.

H787's infrastructure provides a secure and efficient IT environment for developing cutting-edge applications, thanks to its sophisticated interconnection architecture. The facility offers flexible interconnection options, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites, to meet various performance and budgetary needs.
