The ONI Datacenter is strategically positioned 160m from the Tagus River (in the "Mar da Palha" area) at an elevation of 11m above average sea level, mitigating flood risks. The facility is highly accessible for logistics and personnel, located just 4.6 km (approx. 10 minutes by car) from Lisbon Airport. It is also in close proximity to major transport hubs, including Gare do Oriente (2.9 km) and Braço de Prata Station (1.0 km).

Spanning 2000m², the datacenter has a capacity for over 500 rack cabinets and offers a wide range of flexible colocation options. Services include private cages, suites, full or partial cabinets, and shared rackspace with independent doors. For larger needs, the facility provides dedicated and customized private rooms equipped with workstations and meeting rooms, alongside footprints for standard 600x1070mm racks.

The facility is engineered for high availability with a 2N electrical redundancy, providing 2xN circuits of both 230/400V AC and -48V DC power, all supported by distinct generators and UPS systems. The site is backed up by two electric generators (800 kVA and 1250 kVA). The redundant cooling system, currently operating in an N+1 typology, uses both cooled water and refrigerant gas. This robust system includes six 270kW dry coolers and three 514kW chillers to maintain optimal operating temperatures.

Security is a key priority, managed by 24/7 onsite security staff. The facility is protected by CCTV, physical surveillance with daily rounds, an automatic fire detection system, and strict access control. Client access is independent but must always be accompanied by ONI technicians. The datacenter is supported by numerous resident technical teams—including Engineering & Operations, Managed Services/IT, and Field Services—to provide "Remote Hands" and comprehensive customer technical management.

The ONI Datacenter provides diverse connectivity options using Single Mode Fiber, OM3 Fiber, and UTP Cat.6 cabling. It features an optical connection to the main ONI POP and the external MAN. As a carrier-neutral facility, it offers exclusive footprints for telco operators and provides interconnection with leading operators in the Portuguese market. The site hosts 1 Internet Exchange Point and 9 peering networks, offering services that extend beyond colocation to include cloud solutions, MPLS lines, and dedicated access.
