Physical and Technical Infrastructure
The facility spans a total of 5000 square meters, with a dedicated server area of 1300 square meters for IT equipment. It is equipped with 512 racks and supported by a robust 10 MW power supply, ensuring ample capacity for extensive IT infrastructure.
Network and Connectivity
The data center features an integrated Network Operations Center (NOC) and functions as a terminal network node. It offers diverse and resilient connectivity options, including DWDM, SDH, Ethernet, and VOICE, with all services supported by DWDM links for enhanced performance.
Service and Support
For customer convenience, the datacenter offers a range of rack space options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace. It also provides remote hands services. The facility is staffed by onsite technical personnel available 24/7 to provide continuous support and ensure smooth operations.
