The facility, located in the center of Warsaw, is divided into two main units. The data center room occupies 100 square meters, while the office and administration rooms span a total of 400 square meters. The total building size is 500 square meters. The office space is described as being of a high standard, fully renovated, and includes access to parking.

The facility's technical infrastructure includes a robust power supply with a 2 x 60 kVA UPS and a 150 kVA diesel generator, which has the potential for future upgrades. For connectivity, the facility offers redundant dark fibers to Orange, a direct fiber link to the LIM Warsaw interconnection center, and access to gigabit internet.

Physical security measures are comprehensive, featuring a fire extinguishing system, fire detection, CCTV monitoring, and an access control system to ensure the safety and integrity of the site.

Within the data center, there are 100 square meters of fully built-out whitespace and an additional 100 square meters of live whitespace. The facility also offers services such as full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and remote hands support.
