Designed to support high-power density, the campus delivers up to 12kW per rack without supplemental cooling, optimizing cost efficiency for dense compute operations. With over 83,000 square meters of gross floor area and a planned 124MW IT load capacity, Fairview Campus is equipped to handle large-scale, high-demand workloads.
STT GDC Fairview offers a comprehensive range of services including colocation, connectivity, and support. Colocation options include full cabinets, partial cabinets, cages, and suites. The campus provides carrier-neutral access to local and international network providers and internet exchanges, while on-site support is available 24/7 through remote hands assistance.
The facility is engineered for high reliability, featuring two diverse and redundant 115kV utility power supplies and a distributed redundant 3N/2 UPS system with 5-minute lithium-ion battery backup. Underground fuel storage allows up to 48 hours of operation at full load. Cooling is provided by N+4 High-Efficiency Adiabatic Air-Cooled Chillers in a concurrently maintainable ring configuration, targeting a PUE below 1.4. The data center is also liquid cooling-ready to support future high-density applications like AI.
Fairview Campus adheres to strict industry standards, including TIA-942 Rated-3 and Uptime Institute Tier III (design) certifications. Security measures comprise anti-crash rated automated gates and bollards, anti-climb fencing, 24/7 manned guards, CCTV surveillance, two-factor authentication with contactless card and biometric access, and advanced fire detection and suppression systems, including pre-action sprinklers and IG-100 gaseous suppression in electrical rooms.
