STT GDC’s Fairview Campus in the Philippines is a world-class data center built for scalability, sustainability, and connectivity. Once fully completed, the campus will span over 83,000 square meters with a total IT load capacity of 124MW, making it ideal for businesses with high-performance computing requirements, including AI workloads. The facility offers flexible colocation options such as full cabinets, partial cabinets, cages, suites, and 24/7 remote hands support.

Designed to support high-power density, the campus delivers up to 12kW per rack without supplemental cooling, optimizing cost efficiency for dense compute operations. With over 83,000 square meters of gross floor area and a planned 124MW IT load capacity, Fairview Campus is equipped to handle large-scale, high-demand workloads.

STT GDC Fairview offers a comprehensive range of services including colocation, connectivity, and support. Colocation options include full cabinets, partial cabinets, cages, and suites. The campus provides carrier-neutral access to local and international network providers and internet exchanges, while on-site support is available 24/7 through remote hands assistance.

The facility is engineered for high reliability, featuring two diverse and redundant 115kV utility power supplies and a distributed redundant 3N/2 UPS system with 5-minute lithium-ion battery backup. Underground fuel storage allows up to 48 hours of operation at full load. Cooling is provided by N+4 High-Efficiency Adiabatic Air-Cooled Chillers in a concurrently maintainable ring configuration, targeting a PUE below 1.4. The data center is also liquid cooling-ready to support future high-density applications like AI.

Fairview Campus adheres to strict industry standards, including TIA-942 Rated-3 and Uptime Institute Tier III (design) certifications. Security measures comprise anti-crash rated automated gates and bollards, anti-climb fencing, 24/7 manned guards, CCTV surveillance, two-factor authentication with contactless card and biometric access, and advanced fire detection and suppression systems, including pre-action sprinklers and IG-100 gaseous suppression in electrical rooms.

Located strategically in Metro Manila, the campus benefits from proximity to key business infrastructure and talent. Sustainability is central to its design, with features that reduce embodied carbon and pre-qualification for LEED v4.0 Gold certification.

Fairview Campus is highly interconnected and carrier-neutral, providing access to multiple carriers, cloud service providers, and internet services. It offers direct connectivity to STT Makati, up to four diverse fiber routes, and three main distribution frame (MDF) rooms, ensuring robust and redundant network pathways.
