This 50,500 square meter facility is a joint venture between FLOW Digital Infrastructure and AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp., leveraging their combined expertise in data center development and industrial real estate.
Key Features & Specifications
The campus is designed for energy efficiency, security, and resiliency. It has a total IT load capacity of 36MW, with the initial phase launching in Q4 2024 at 6MW. The facility features 42,000 square meters of white space and offers various services, including full and partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suites. It provides remote hands service and supports a maximum power of 10 kW per rack.
Infrastructure & Redundancy
A-FLOW ML1 is designed as a Tier 4 facility, ensuring high levels of reliability. It has a PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of 1.5, indicating good energy efficiency. The facility features N+1 UPS redundancy, N+2 cooling redundancy, and N+1 standby power redundancy to guarantee operational continuity. For fire suppression, it uses a double interlock Pre-Action Fire Suppression System.

A-FLOW ML1 prioritizes stringent security measures to safeguard client infrastructure and data. The facility is equipped with 24/7 onsite security personnel, continuous CCTV monitoring, biometric authentication, and card-based access systems. These multilayered protocols ensure only authorized personnel can access critical areas, maintaining a highly secure operating environment.
