ePLDT (VITRO Makati 1) Data Center

IPC, a former subsidiary of ePLDT, merged with its parent company on August 31st, 2020. As an Internet data center, telecommunications, and cloud services company, IPC served as a digital enterprise enabler, providing local and regional enterprises with managed data services and business solutions.

IPC offered a wide range of integrated IT services, including Internet data center operations, dedicated Internet connectivity, and network security. The company also provided enterprise cloud solutions to help clients reduce the cost and complexity of managing their own IT infrastructure. Additionally, through partnerships with global leaders in network security, IPC offered advanced DDoS mitigation services.

The VITRO Makati 1 data center is a state-of-the-art, telco-grade facility designed to operate 24/7 and meet diverse enterprise IT and telecommunications needs. Located in a Seismic Zone 4-compliant building, it offers a fully built-out power capacity of 0.4 MW and 580 sq. m. of whitespace. The facility features dual power feeds per rack, N+1 redundancy for UPS, cooling, and standby power, and 24/7 onsite security.

Clients can choose from various housing options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suites. The facility also provides remote hands support to assist with operational tasks.

VITRO Makati 1 is connected to three Internet exchange points and 42 peering networks, supported by two network providers, ensuring high-performance and reliable connectivity for all clients.
