ePLDT (Cebu 1) Data Center

VITRO Cebu 1, a data center that became operational in 2012, is the first commercial data center in the region. It's strategically located just 30 minutes from Mactan International Airport and Cebu’s primary business district.

The facility boasts a fully built-out power of 1.5 MW and a fully built-out whitespace of 420 sq. m. It offers multiple colocation options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suites. To ensure high availability and reliability, the data center has 2N redundancy for its UPS, cooling, and standby power systems.

VITRO Cebu 1 provides various services to its customers, such as Remote Hands, VAS hosting, and Disaster Recovery (DR) services. The facility also handles project management for projects of varying complexity, including colocation with or without network connectivity and projects involving more than one full rack.

The company is seeking a Security Engineer Specialist to protect its infrastructure from cyber threats. This role involves monitoring network traffic, EDR/XDR/Agent health, and incident response. The specialist will also identify security vulnerabilities, conduct forensic investigations, and implement security measures. Additionally, there is a role for a Technical Solutions Consultant who is responsible for driving revenue growth by creating tailored technological solutions for clients. The company also requires personnel to manage end-to-end training processes.
