Operational since 2014, this purpose-built data center operates under a sole-tenant model, ensuring dedicated infrastructure and resources for its occupants. The facility maintains round-the-clock availability of both onsite security staff and onsite technical staff to support continuous operations.
Facility Design & Capacity
Spanning 4,800 sq.m. of fully built-out whitespace, the facility offers multiple tenancy options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, suites, and build-to-suit solutions. It also provides additional infrastructure features such as office space, a meet-me-room (MMR), and a loading bay to support diverse operational requirements.
Power & Cooling Infrastructure
With a fully built-out power capacity of 10 MW, the facility ensures high reliability through a 2N UPS redundancy configuration. This robust power infrastructure supports mission-critical workloads and guarantees uninterrupted service availability.
Security & Fire Protection
Security is reinforced with a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry, CCTV surveillance, and card access control systems. Fire protection includes an automatic fire suppression system with options for hypoxic fire prevention or NOVEC gas release. Onsite security personnel are present 24/7 to ensure maximum protection.
Connectivity & Interconnection
The facility’s connectivity is anchored by a dedicated meet-me-room (MMR), providing efficient interconnection options. It currently supports two peering networks, enabling flexible and resilient network access.
