Facility Design & Capacity
The data center is a multi-tenant (mixed use) facility that was Retrofitted with a solid floor and a generous Floor to Ceiling Height of 400 cm. It offers limitless scalability, supporting a Fully Built-Out Power of 1 MW across 1,000 sq.m. of Whitespace, accommodating at least 200 racks. It provides flexible tenancy types, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, Suites, and Footprints, with the whitespace being expandable and roof access available.
Power & Cooling Infrastructure
Efficiency is paramount, evidenced by a remarkably low PUE of 1.25 and support for a maximum power draw of 22 kW per rack. The infrastructure boasts high redundancy, meeting Tier 3 Design standards with N+1 UPS Redundancy and Standby Power Redundancy, and 2N Cooling Redundancy. Furthermore, the advanced, energy-efficient equipment participates in smart grid services like FFR.
Security & Fire Protection
Security measures include CCTV surveillance and Card Access Control. Fire safety is ensured by an Automatic Firesupression system using the non-toxic agent Inergen. Onsite Technical Staff is available during business hours, and the facility offers Remote Hands service.
Connectivity & Interconnection
Connectivity is redefined through abundant fiber integration to each rack, supported by a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and cost-effective cross-connects for effortless collaboration. The data center features 2 Internet Exchange Points, connects to 23 Peering networks, and lists 1 Network provider.

The facility maintains high standards, holding ISO27001 Certification and adhering to a Tier 3 Design.
