The Bulk Data Centers DCM100 facility, part of the N01 Campus, is a purpose-built, multi-tenant data center offering 1,500 sq.m. of secure, highly efficient, and resilient white space for colocation within a total building size of 3,550 sq.m. Facility Design & Capacity
DCM100 provides a flexible design to support mixed IT densities, with options for Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites, along with Build-to-Suit footprints and Remote Hands service. The maximum power available per rack is 60 kW. The total IT load capacity is up to 4MW, with the white space being expandable.
Power & Cooling Infrastructure
The facility's power infrastructure is highly redundant, featuring dual onsite substations and N+1 standby generators for standby power redundancy. The UPS redundancy is specified as 2N. Energy-efficient cooling is achieved through indirect air-to-air cooling with adiabatic systems and free cooling chillers, contributing to a designed PUE of less than 1.20. Cooling redundancy is maintained at N+1.
Security & Fire Protection
Security at DCM100 is comprehensive, including a 3-meter high security fence, thermal imaging cameras, vehicle traps, Mantrap Entry, Biometric Access Control, multi-layer access control, and full CCTV surveillance. Fire protection is managed by Automatic Firesupression systems, specifically Water Mist and Gas Fire Suppression Systems. Onsite security staff are present 24/7.
Connectivity & Interconnection
DCM100 offers carrier-neutral connectivity via its Meet-Me-Room (MMR), which is also expandable.
