Bulk Infrastructure (DCM101)
DCM101 is a multi-tenant, purpose-built Tier 3 data center that became operational in 2023. It features a total building size of 2,100 sq.m., offering a highly secure and connected environment for various colocation needs.
Facility Design & Capacity
The facility provides 1,500 sq.m. of fully built-out whitespace and supports diverse tenancy options, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, Suites, Build-to-Suit Footprints, and Remote Hands services. The data center is designed for a maximum power draw of 100 kW per rack.
Power & Cooling Infrastructure
The data center boasts a substantial 12 MW total IT load capacity. Power is supplied via dual onsite substations and is backed up by optional N+1 diesel generators with fuel contracts for refilling. Electrical distribution offers redundancy from N to full 2N, while centralized UPS systems are available from N to 2N redundancy (specified as N+1 in the data sheet). The cooling system, designed for a PUE of less than 1.2 (specified as 1.2), employs energy-efficient solutions including chilled water (with an option for warm water), a fan wall design for mixed and high-density environments, direct liquid cooling, and heat offtake for heat reuse. Both cooling and standby power redundancies are rated at N+1.
Security & Fire Protection
Security is comprehensive, featuring a 3-meter high security fence equipped with thermal imaging cameras, a fenced perimeter, multi-layer access control, vehicle traps, man traps, biometric readers, and full CCTV coverage. Onsite security staff are present 24/7. The facility includes Automatic Firesuppression systems.
Connectivity & Interconnection
DCM101 offers carrier-neutral connectivity via a Meet-Me-Room (MMR), with direct connections to international subsea fiber systems and dark fiber options. It is connected to 1 Internet Exchange Point and supports 9 network providers.
Certifications & Standards
The data center adheres to high operational and management standards, being certified with ISO27001, ISO9001, and ISO14001. The facility is designed to meet Tier 3 specifications.

The site provides a range of amenities for tenants and staff, including a Conference Room, Breakroom, Office Space, Loading Bay, WiFi, and Secure Parking Available. The facility also has Whitespace expandable and Roof Access.
