Located on the 1st floor of Neocom's Headquarters, this 250m2 retrofitted data center (operational since 2017) features 110 sq.m. of fully built-out whitespace. As part of an 8-floor, multi-tenant building, the facility includes a dedicated parking lot (3 spaces), a preparation room, and access via a freight/service elevator or stairs. It is constructed with a 300 cm floor-to-ceiling height and a raised antistatic floor capable of supporting a maximum load of 900 kg/sq.m.
Power Infrastructure and Redundancy
Designed to Tier 3 standards, the facility ensures robust power availability with 2x112KW dedicated feeds on different paths, supporting up to 10 kW per rack. The site features its own power substation, two independent power feed rooms, and two diesel generators with a total capacity of over 455KVA. This is backed by two independent 2x100KW modular UPS systems with over 2 tons of batteries, alongside two 2x12KW modular rectifiers for -48V power.
Security and Access Control
The data center maintains 24x7x365 physical security with on-site staff and a fenced perimeter. Access is strictly managed through a multilevel granular card access control system, starting from the welcome desk. The facility is under 24x7x365 CCTV surveillance, and all access control events are audited. Additional security measures include cabinet open-door alarms.
Fire Detection and Suppression
The facility is built for high-level fire safety, offering fire resistance for at least 60 minutes and modular, fireproof cable entry systems. A VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) system is installed, along with a multi-zone fire alarm system using both temperature and smoke sensors. In case of an emergency, the site uses an automatic fire extinguishing system with Novec 1230 agent, which is not harmful to people, equipment, or the environment.
Environmental and Climate Control
A stable operating environment is maintained by two redundant HVAC systems, which keep the temperature controlled at 22°C (± 2°C) and humidity between 40%-60% via integrated humidifiers and dehumidifiers. Special procedures are in place for particle contamination control, and the environment is monitored by sensors for water leaks and airflow.
Connectivity, Services, and Compliance
The data center offers connectivity through two independent interconnection MeetMe Rooms (MMR) with two physical paths for network and communication, connecting to 2 peering networks and 1 provider. The facility offers colocation (full/partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages), remote hands, and 24/7 on-site technical staff. Amenities include a conference room, breakroom, office space, loaner tools, and WiFi. The site holds ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO22301 certifications.
