KIO Networks operates with a substantial global footprint, boasting more than 1 million square feet of data center space with geographic diversity. One of their US facilities, operational since 2014, features a Tier 3 design and a Raised Floor type with a maximum floor load of 405 kg/sq.m. This specific facility offers 306 sq.m. of Fully Built-Out Whitespace and supports various space options including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages.

The facility's power and cooling systems are designed for high reliability, both employing 2N Redundancy. The UPS Redundancy is 2N, and the Cooling Redundancy is 2N. The Standby Power Redundancy is also 2N. The facility has a Fully Built-Out Power capacity of 0.45 MW and operates with a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.7.

Security is maintained through multiple layers. The physical perimeter includes a Fenced Perimeter, a Mantrap Entry, and CCTV surveillance. Access is controlled via Biometric Access Control and Card Access Control. For fire protection, the facility utilizes an Automatic Firesupression system with a Free agent-based fire extinguishing system. The security is supported by Onsite Security Staff 24/7.

Connectivity is a core service, featuring a Diverse, multi-carrier fiber network that delivers "always-on" scalable access and private connections. The facility supports 5 Peering networks. Additionally, the Datacenter provides Remote Hands service and has Onsite Technical Staff 24/7 to ensure continuous operation and support.

KIO Networks demonstrates adherence to international standards and best practices through multiple certifications. These include the ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 standards, as well as SAS 70 Type II and SSAE16.
