Princeton Digital Group (JH1) Data Center

The JH1 Data Center is a cornerstone development within the expansive 700-acre Sedenak Tech Park, serving as a hub for digital innovation in the region. Spanning a 60,000-square-meter campus, JH1 is built with scalability and next-generation principles, including full carrier neutrality. Designed to strengthen the region’s digital ecosystem, the facility was projected to become operational by Q2 2024, positioning itself as a major player in Southeast Asia’s data infrastructure landscape.

The JH1 campus features a Fully Built-Out Power Capacity of 150 MW and an impressive 225,000 sq.m. of Fully Built-Out Whitespace, providing ample space for diverse customer requirements. Clients can choose from various colocation options, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages. To support daily operations, the site includes essential amenities such as a Customer Desk, Office Space, Staging Room, and Storage Room.

Engineered for efficiency and reliability, JH1 boasts a design PUE of less than 1.4, highlighting its sustainability focus. The facility draws power from a 132kV diverse power feed and ensures redundancy through Diesel Generators in an N+1 configuration, supported by 24-hour ground fuel storage at full load. Cooling is maintained through an N+1 Water-Cooled Chiller System, ensuring stable thermal conditions, while the UPS configuration further enhances system reliability.

The data center employs multi-layered physical security with complete perimeter fencing and a 24x7 manned guardhouse. Extensive CCTV surveillance provides 90-day footage backup with full coverage and no dead zones. On the technical side, BMS architecture redundancy ensures continuous monitoring and control. For fire safety, the facility integrates Aspirating Smoke Detectors (ASD) in all critical areas, connected to an N+N Fire Alarm System for early detection and rapid response.

Designed as a carrier-neutral facility, JH1 enables maximum network flexibility and interconnection. The site supports three Diverse Points of Entry (DOE) and four Diverse Meet-Me Rooms (MMRs), allowing for multiple, redundant data paths. This robust connectivity framework ensures low-latency and high-speed data transfer, catering particularly to hyperscale and AI workloads.

The JH1 Data Center meets or is aligned with several international standards and certifications, ensuring best practices in quality, security, and compliance. These include ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), SOC 2, TVRA (Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessment), and PCI DSS v4.0.
