STELLARIX operates data centers across Africa, specifically in Madagascar, Senegal, and Tanzania. We strictly adhere to international infrastructure standards, which meet precise specifications for critical aspects. This commitment ensures our data centers perfectly meet requirements for security, power and cooling systems, and multi-operator connectivity, providing a reliable and robust foundation for our services.

The data center facilities are robustly configured, featuring a Fully Built-Out Whitespace of 250 square meters. To accommodate diverse customer needs, we offer various hosting options: Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, and Shared Rackspace. We also provide a Max power/rack capacity of 4 kW to support high-density computing needs.

To guarantee maximum uptime and reliability, STELLARIX employs N+1 redundancy for all critical infrastructure components: UPS Redundancy, Cooling Redundancy, and Standby Power Redundancy. Furthermore, we offer Remote Hands service and have Onsite Technical Staff available 24/7, ensuring immediate support and maintenance whenever necessary.

Security within the data center is paramount, enforced through measures like a Mantrap Entry, continuous CCTV surveillance, and Card Access Control. An Automatic Firesuppression system is also in place. Physical protection is maintained by Onsite Security Staff available 24/7. The facility currently hosts two tenants offering colocation services and one tenant offering cloud services, creating a diverse and interconnected environment.
