Company History and Ownership
Launched in 2024, Delska is a joint brand formed from the merger of Latvia’s data center operator DEAC and Lithuania’s Data Logistics Center (DLC). The group expanded further in 2025 with the inclusion of the Lithuanian data center RackRay. All companies within the Delska group are owned by the Swiss Quaero European Infrastructure Fund II.

The infrastructure is highly resilient, featuring 2N redundancy for both UPS and Standby Power, N+1 cooling redundancy, and is both Tier 3 designed and certified, in addition to being ISO27001 Certified.

Physical security is robust, featuring 24/7 onsite security staff, comprehensive CCTV surveillance, and multi-layered access controls including biometric and card access. The facility is protected by a fire suppression system using fire extinguishing gases. For connectivity, the data center includes a Meet-Me-Room (MMR), access to 1 Internet Exchange Point, 2 peering networks, and hosts 1 tenant offering cloud services.
