Located in the heart of Riga, this multi-tenant data center first opened its doors in 2016 and underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2023. The facility is a retrofitted construction featuring four floors with a mixed floor type. It is engineered to support a maximum floor load of 1,200 kg/sq.m and offers a floor-to-ceiling height of 300 cm.
Uninterrupted Power Supply
The center ensures an uninterrupted power supply, utilizing top-of-the-line Socomec Modulys UPS systems with N+1 redundancy to eliminate even the smallest power interruptions. This Tier 3 design is supported by N+1 standby power; if the main power is lost for more than 30 seconds, a diesel generator automatically kicks in to provide continuous power to all client data and hardware.
Advanced Climate Control
Perfect temperature and humidity control are maintained 24/7 by an advanced ventilation system using an LG MULTI V5 VRF solution. This cooling system is configured with N+1 redundancy, ensuring the environment remains perfectly stable to prevent server overheating, even during the hottest months.
Top-Tier Security and Fire Suppression
The facility is protected by comprehensive, top-tier security measures. In partnership with a certified security company, 24/7 physical protection is guaranteed. Every visit is logged, and access to the server room is strictly controlled via a fenced perimeter, CCTV surveillance, and both biometric and card access controls. Additionally, the facility is protected by an M3 NOVEC GAS automatic fire suppression system.
Network and Connectivity
The data center provides robust and flexible connectivity, featuring four independent network operators already on-site. The infrastructure is designed to easily expand connectivity with any other operator in the area, managed via a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR).
