Our data center, built in 2009 in a reconstructed VEF factory building, is located just one kilometer from a new «Latvenergo» power station. The facility’s power is supplied through two redundant 1.2 megawatt transformers, which feature automatic switching to prevent service interruption if one fails. To ensure clean and stable power, all equipment is connected exclusively through high-quality UPS units from «APC» and «Socomec».

The data center features two independent internet links to the primary Latvian internet exchange centers («LIX» and «SMILE») and to the backbone operator, «Baltcom IP». This dual-connection setup ensures high availability, and in the rare event of a failure with the primary link, the backup link is automatically activated within 1.5 to 2 seconds.

Security is managed 24/7 by two professional security companies, «G4S Latvia» and «Siksparnis Security». The entire data center, including all perimeter areas and inner premises, is monitored by a comprehensive video surveillance system to ensure the complete safety and integrity of the facility and your equipment.

Trained specialists are always on-site to assist you. You can use their help ("Remote Hands") free of charge up to ten times during working hours, and one time at any other time, for tasks such as restarting equipment. You are also free to visit the data center to access, repair, or reinstall your hardware at any time during business hours without needing to notify us in advance. During your visit, you can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, a computer with fast internet, and free WiFi.
