Data Center History and Structure
Delska was launched in 2024 as a joint brand uniting Latvia’s data center operator DEAC and Lithuania’s Data Logistics Center (DLC). In 2025, the Lithuanian data center RackRay also became part of the Delska companies group. The entire group is owned by the Swiss Quaero European Infrastructure Fund II.

Data Center Facility Highlights
Delska's facilities are engineered to high specifications, featuring 2.3 MW of fully built-out power and 1,400 sq.m. of expandable whitespace. This purpose-built, sole-tenant facility (operational since 2009) offers flexible colocation from partial cabinets to private suites, supporting up to 10 kW per rack. It adheres to a Tier 4 design, is DSS PCI compliant, and ensures security with 24/7 onsite staff. Connectivity is managed through a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) with 9 network providers.
