Telkom Nairobi's data center, located at the Milimani Exchange adjacent to the NSSF Building in Nairobi, Kenya, is strategically positioned in the capital's heart. This central location establishes it as a key hub within Kenya's digital infrastructure.

The facility is an open-access site, allowing it to host telecommunications infrastructure for both local and international clients. Service uptime and reliability are ensured through significant redundancy, supported by three diverse fiber routes serving the data center.

Security is a paramount focus, implemented through a multi-layered approach. This includes two-factor authentication, gate boom barriers, turnstiles, comprehensive CCTV surveillance, biometric access control, and card access. The site is fully secured and manned 24/7/365 by an onsite security team.

The data center features a highly resilient power system designed for mission-critical services. It provides a 4Kw dual input power design per rack, with the capability to support higher demands. The infrastructure supports both AC and DC loads and ensures maximum redundancy through Main Power, Dual Backup Standby Generators, and Modular UPS A and B Batteries.

A robust cooling system maintains optimal operating conditions according to international standards. The facility uses an (N+1) redundant setup per room, ensuring that both temperature and moisture levels are precisely controlled at all times.

The data center's white space can accommodate over 100 racks, with a flexible floor footprint that can be adjusted to meet client needs. It offers a range of colocation services, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages, all supported by 24/7 operational "Remote Hands" support.
