Facility Specifications
The data center's main machine room spans an area of 270 square meters. This "whitespace" is provisioned to accommodate various client needs, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and private cages. Each rack within the facility can be supplied with up to 7 kW of power, catering to high-density computing equipment.
Advanced Cooling Systems
To maintain optimal operating temperatures, the facility employs a perimeter cooling system based on precision air conditioners. This system features N+1 redundancy, ensuring continuous operation even during maintenance. Cooled air is efficiently distributed via a raised floor, and a chiller system with accumulator tanks guarantees uninterrupted climate control during any power transitions.
Power Redundancy and Continuity
Operational stability is backed by a robust power infrastructure. The data center is equipped with two independent diesel generators, each capable of providing over 1.5 MW of standby power (2N redundancy). This is complemented by 2N redundant modular UPS systems, which allow for maintenance without system downtime and ensure a seamless, uninterrupted power supply to all critical equipment.

The Sairam Data Center's infrastructure is certified by the Uptime Institute for both TIER III Design and Facility standards.
