JT's data centres are secure, environmentally controlled, and protected facilities that offer diverse and resilient connectivity for services run from an offshore location. A key advantage is direct access to the JT network via diversely routed fibre and copper cable. This provides customers with access to a wide range of communication services from a world-class network. JT offers a full suite of ISP services over a fully redundant internet backbone, featuring connections to both IPX and Transit providers, alongside a complete range of Layer 1 to Layer 3 Ethernet products over traditional SDH and a modern IP/MPLS network.

Security is integral to JT's data centres, which provide the highest quality systems for complete peace of mind. Building and equipment security includes a monitored digital surveillance camera system, controlled access, and 24/7 security guard patrols. Specifically, the facilities utilise a Europlex 3GS combined intruder and access control system and a digitally recorded CCTV system, complemented by 24x7 building surveillance and access monitoring to ensure a secure environment.

To guarantee uninterrupted service, the facility is supported by comprehensive backup systems. This includes UPS and generator backup, with redundant generator capacity ensuring a minimum of a 72-hour diesel supply. Environmental controls are also robust, featuring resilient air conditioning and cooling systems configured for high availability (N+N). Furthermore, the data centres employ a Smart Environment Monitoring system to continuously track temperature, humidity, and moisture.

Advanced fire safety measures are in place to protect critical equipment and data. The facilities are equipped with VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) for early warning detection, supplemented by heat and moisture sensors. For fire suppression, an FM 200 Gas drenching system is utilised to quickly and safely extinguish fires without damaging sensitive hardware.

The data centres benefit from continuous oversight through a dedicated Network Control Centre (NCC). This centre provides 24x7 network and equipment monitoring. Additionally, JT offers essential remote hands services, along with extra services like on-site voice & data engineering/consultancy and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to assist with operational needs.

Beyond the core data centre services, the buildings offer additional facilities designed for customer convenience and operational needs. These include a dedicated Customer equipment build out room with an independent air conditioning system, customer storage and locker options, kitchen facilities, and shower and washroom facilities. Furthermore, a Business Continuity Suite is available, and the entire site features disabled access.
