Summit-TY is a data center facility located in Tokyo, approximately 2 miles from Haneda Airport. Situated on the 4th floor of Building C, Block B, the data center occupies a total area of 3,499 sq.m. The facility is a part of a larger 5-floor building, with a total building size of 3,500 sq.m.
Power Infrastructure
The electrical infrastructure at Summit-TY is designed with N+1 redundancy. It consists of 3 x 600 kVA and 2 x 400 kVA uninterruptible power systems (UPS), which are fed by 3 x 22 kV utility feeders. For backup power, the facility is equipped with 3 x 3-MVA gas turbine generators.
Cooling and Sustainability
The cooling infrastructure is also N+1 redundant, ensuring continuous and reliable operation. The data center incorporates granular temperature monitoring and optimized lighting to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency.

Summit-TY maintains robust security measures, including 24/7 onsite staffing, visitor screening, and CCTV surveillance with a 30-day backup. Access control is managed through biometric hand readers and pin codes. The facility is compliant with SOC 2 standards, ensuring a high level of operational security and data integrity.
