NTT DATA's Global Data Centers division is a leading neutral operator with over 160 data centers across more than 20 countries and regions. The company specializes in powering large-scale, high-density, and AI infrastructures, providing flexible data center services including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suites, along with remote hands support.

The data centers feature an N+1 uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with a 20-minute battery backup and a standby power system supported by a gas turbine engine capable of running for 15 hours without refueling. The facilities, operational since 2006, are two-story buildings with raised floors and a floor-to-ceiling height of 247 cm, supporting a maximum floor load of 500 kg/sq.m.

Security is a top priority, with measures including mantrap entry systems, CCTV surveillance, biometric access control, and card-based access. Fire suppression is handled through an automatic nitrogen gas system.

The data centers provide access to multiple cloud providers, internet exchanges, and telecommunication network providers, including NTT DATA's own IPv6-compliant Tier 1 Global IP Network. The facilities also include one peering network to enhance connectivity.
