The company's datacenter system is homogeneous, ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all sites. The Roman Points of Presence (PoPs) are linked by a shared metropolitan network, while the Bari and Naples datacenters operate independently. Each datacenter has robust service continuity and availability systems, with every rack featuring two resilient power lines protected by UPS and generators, offering customizable power capacity and security.

Namex provides various colocation options, including footprint, full rack, and partial racks (half, quarter, and eighth). The company supports depths of 300/600/800/1000 mm, with 1200 mm racks available upon request. For larger needs, a caged area can be arranged on a project basis, with costs based on occupancy and setup.

The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including cabling to the Meet-Me Infrastructure, cross-connects, and out-of-band network access. They also manage electrical supply, climate control, and facility environment monitoring. Smart Hands and storage services are available, along with 24x7x365 operational support via the NOC service. The datacenters are divided into a Carrier room for housing carrier devices, a Housing area for PoPs, and a Namex room for the exchange point and L3 devices.

The facilities have a total power capacity of 1 MW. The available colocation options include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites. The network comprises 147 peering networks and 4 network providers.
