Located in Rende in the province of Cosenza, the Real Cloud Data Center operates within a modern facility fully owned by the company and active since 2020. The building covers a total area of 1600 square meters, with 850 square meters of fully operational whitespace. The purpose built structure spans three floors and is designed for efficiency, featuring a raised floor system with a load capacity of 500 kilograms per square meter and a floor to ceiling height of 270 centimeters, making it suitable for high density hardware installations.

Designed for maximum resilience, the facility follows Tier 4 design principles to ensure continuous service availability. It supports power densities of up to 16 kilowatts per rack and is protected by full 2N redundancy across uninterruptible power systems, cooling infrastructure, and backup generators. This architecture eliminates single points of failure and allows uninterrupted operations during maintenance activities or external power disruptions.

Real Cloud safeguards data through a layered security strategy and strict adherence to international standards. The site is secured by a controlled perimeter, continuous video surveillance, and two factor access control using cards and biometric systems. The company maintains multiple ISO certifications, including ISO 27001 for information security, ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 27017 for cloud security, and ISO 22301 for business continuity. Fire protection is ensured through an automatic Argon gas suppression system designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment.

The data center provides a wide range of hosting solutions, including full cabinets, shared cabinets, dedicated cages, private suites, and custom built spaces. To assist client operations, Real Cloud offers remote hands services and maintains technical and security personnel on site during business hours. Additional amenities include a meet me room, conference facilities, office areas, a loading zone, and essential operational tools such as crash carts and spare equipment to support efficient hardware management.
