The facility employs a layered security approach, starting with onsite security staff providing 24/7 coverage. Physical access is rigorously managed using Biometric Access Control and a Permit to access request system. The entire area is monitored by Security cameras (CCTV) which are listed under both security and environmental controls, indicating comprehensive surveillance. The available housing options include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, and Shared Rackspace.

Environmental stability is maintained by Central Control Unit Direct Expansion air conditioning systems to ensure a steady temperature range of 23° ± 2° and humidity of 50% ± 15%. Critical systems protect against threats like fire via a Fire Detection Panel and water damage using a Water Leak Detection System. Power reliability is paramount, featuring power from two different electricity utility sources, supported by UPS Units, and a diesel backup generator that undergoes regular live tests. Power status at rack level is also monitored.

The network infrastructure is designed for high redundancy and performance. It utilizes Foundry/Cisco-designed equipment, forming a fully redundant backbone network connectivity with a Dual ISP setup. Connectivity includes 10Gbit/s connectivity to the national Internet and STM4 connectivity to the upstream internet bandwidth provider (Iran Telecom Co.). Key network components include Core Switches, DMZ Switches, Routers, External Firewalls, and Internal Firewalls. Network traffic is segregated using separate VLANs.

Storage systems are configured for maximum reliability and availability. It features high availability (99.999%) SAN storage for all systems and data. This SAN utilizes RAID-DP (also known as Dual Parity or RAID-6), which is specifically designed to tolerate two simultaneous HDD failures. A crucial capability is point-to-point DR site connectivity (Disaster Recovery site) to ensure business continuity, and it is listed with 1.5 Storage (likely referring to 1.5× the primary data storage or a specific storage tier).

The entire setup is optimized for high availability (99.999%), demonstrated by the redundant power sources, dual ISP, fully redundant backbone, and RAID-DP storage. The storage system even allows for disk firmware updates to occur in real-time without any outage, further contributing to the overall reliability and uptime of the facility's services.
