neuCentrIX Data Center

neuCentrIX operates a network of carrier-neutral data centers across Indonesia, designed to provide businesses with a highly reliable and secure environment for their IT infrastructure. The facilities are equipped with climate-controlled spaces to ensure optimal performance for servers and networking equipment.

The data centers feature robust redundancy measures, including UPS and standby power systems configured in N+1 architecture, ensuring continuous operation even during power disturbances. This setup guarantees high uptime for mission-critical applications, allowing businesses to rely on stable and uninterrupted power.

Cooling redundancy is implemented using an N+1 configuration, maintaining optimal temperature and airflow across all server areas. This ensures that IT equipment operates efficiently and reliably, even under peak loads.

The facilities support a maximum floor load of 1,200 kg per square meter, accommodating heavy racks and dense server deployments. Clients can choose between full cabinets, partial cabinets, or shared rack space depending on their specific needs.

neuCentrIX data centers provide access to 13 peering networks and 1 internet exchange point, giving businesses flexibility to connect with preferred carriers and optimize network performance. Additionally, on-site remote hands services are available to assist with equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
