Built on a 3,100 sq.m. plot, it is a purpose-built, single-floor structure featuring a raised floor with a maximum floor load of 1,200 kg/sq.m. and a floor-to-ceiling height of 460 cm. The whitespace is expandable to accommodate future demand.
