The Sify Noida Data Centre is a next-generation facility offering 60,000 sq. ft. of raised floor space with 2,100 racks and a total power capacity of 16 MW. An additional three towers are in the planning phase, expected to add 75 MW of IT power capacity. Designed as a modular and customizable infrastructure, it is highly scalable with 99.99% quarterly uptime and complies with global standards including Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NFPA, and IEEE.
Hosting Services
The data center provides a comprehensive suite of services such as hyperscale cloud deployments, colocation and managed services, disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), cloud adjacency, and CDN services. Tenancy options include full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rack space, cages, and suites, supported by remote hands for operational flexibility.
Power & Cooling
The facility is purpose-built with 11 MW fully built-out power and a maximum density of 0.3 kW/sq. ft. It features 2N UPS redundancy, N+2 cooling redundancy, and N+1 standby power redundancy. This ensures continuous, reliable power and cooling for mission-critical workloads.

Safety & Security
The facility offers 'Z' level security with comprehensive measures such as CCTV surveillance, biometric and card access controls, automatic fire suppression, and a 3M Novec 1230 fire suppression system for data halls and electrical rooms. Onsite security staff are available 24/7 to ensure maximum protection.

Since becoming operational in 2014, the data center has been designed for customer convenience with conference rooms, parking facilities, and expandable whitespace for growing business needs. Its sole-tenant model provides dedicated space tailored to customer requirements.

The carrier-neutral facility is equipped with dual Meet-Me-Rooms, four Internet Exchange Points, 123 peering networks, and connectivity with multiple telecom service providers.
