The data center is equipped with UPS systems featuring N+N redundancy and an N+1 redundant electrical design and distribution. It has N+2 dual diesel generators to ensure continuous power availability, with automated switching from primary to backup sources. Each rack receives dual power feed sources from PDUs, and power is sourced from multiple substations to enhance reliability.

The cooling infrastructure includes an N+2 redundant air cooling system with dual power feed and PDU sources to each rack. Advanced in-row cooling with cold aisle containment solutions is implemented, featuring smart IoT sensors for optimal environmental control. The entire facility maintains a complete humidity-controlled environment to protect sensitive equipment.

Fire safety is managed through a high-speed laser-based very early smoke detection system (VESDA). The facility uses FM-200 fire suppression systems alongside advanced fire alarms and aspirating smoke sensors to ensure early detection and rapid response to fire incidents.

Security measures consist of six layers of robust protections, including 24x7 surveillance cameras with backup storage for up to 60 days. Access control is maintained with biometric authentication for entry and exit, supported by continuous onsite security personnel. Building access is regulated through government-recognized KYC protocols, and automated alarm and fire detection systems provide instant notifications.

Customer amenities include meeting rooms, Wi-Fi access, lounges, and dedicated parking facilities to enhance user convenience and comfort.

The data center operates as a carrier-neutral facility connected to multiple internet exchanges such as DE-CIX, Extreme-IX, and NIXI. It benefits from bandwidth provided by all major service providers. Telcos connect via resilient fiber for cross-connects, with interconnected data centers linked over GRE tunnels. Additionally, CDN edge servers are hosted in India, Dubai, and the USA to optimize content delivery.

Around-the-clock equipment monitoring, technical support, project management, and related services are provided. Support includes full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rack space, and remote hands assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
