CapitaLand Data Centre Navi Mumbai 1 is strategically located near India’s business and financial hub, making it a prime regional location for major hyperscalers. With over 10 cable landing stations in Mumbai, this carrier-neutral facility ensures customers benefit from low-latency connectivity, supporting critical applications and services efficiently.

The facility features a unique high floor loading capacity, allowing support for highly dense racks along with the required high rack power and cooling. Customers have the flexibility to deploy their equipment on either hard or raised floors, adapting to diverse operational needs. CapitaLand has also adopted sustainable design principles and green building standards, aiming to achieve LEED Gold certification. Energy-efficient chillers, water economization systems, intelligent energy and infrastructure management, and solar panels help optimize operations while reducing environmental impact.

The data centre provides a fully built-out power capacity of 108 MW, with UPS redundancy configured as 2N and cooling redundancy set at N+2. Standby power redundancy is ensured with an N+1 configuration, providing reliable and uninterrupted operations for all customers.

CapitaLand Data Centre Navi Mumbai 1 offers versatile deployment options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and secure cages, allowing customers to scale their IT infrastructure according to specific requirements.

The facility is equipped with a fenced perimeter, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and automatic fire suppression systems. An Inergen gas-based fire suppression system is installed in all data halls and technical support rooms, complemented by onsite security and technical staff available round the clock to ensure safety and operational continuity.

The data centre also features a dedicated loading bay, facilitating smooth handling and installation of IT equipment and supporting infrastructure requirements.
