Kennies offers a massive 4600 square meters of fully built out whitespace, providing ample room for organizations to scale their physical hardware. We cater to a diverse range of spatial requirements by offering flexible colocation options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace. The facility is engineered to handle heavy industrial hardware, featuring a maximum floor load capacity of 1250 kilograms per square meter, allowing for high density server configurations without structural limitations.

To maintain optimal hardware performance and longevity, Kennies employs a sophisticated thermal management strategy. Our facility utilizes a specialized air cooling system in an N plus 2 redundant configuration. This ensures that even if multiple cooling units require maintenance or fail, the environment remains at a consistent regulated temperature. This commitment to climate stability prevents hardware throttling and maximizes the efficiency of your infrastructure.

Safety is integrated into the very architecture of our data centers through high tech hazard mitigation. We utilize a high speed laser Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus to identify potential fire risks long before they escalate. In the event of an emergency, our automatic fire suppression systems are triggered to protect sensitive electronic components.
