The facility is engineered with an N+1 redundancy architecture, ensuring uninterrupted operations at all times. Every critical component, including power and cooling systems, is supported by a backup that can instantly take over in the event of a failure. This design guarantees high availability and operational continuity for mission-critical workloads.

The data center functions as a self-sustained power unit with multiple layers of protection. Primary backup is provided through redundant High-Speed Diesel generator sets configured for load sharing, delivering continuous power 24x7x365. Secondary backup consists of dual UPS units arranged in a redundant loop, capable of supporting the full load for up to four hours while delivering clean conditioned power to all equipment racks.

To ensure optimal hardware performance and long-term reliability, the facility uses a dedicated and isolated cooling environment. Precision cooling systems maintain a consistent average temperature of 19°C, while a bottom-up airflow mechanism efficiently dissipates heat. All cooling systems operate within a fully redundant loop that is independent of the building’s main air conditioning infrastructure.

Certified under ISO 27001, the facility is designed as a highly secure environment, making it a preferred choice for banking and financial institutions. Its robust security framework ensures the highest standards of data protection and risk mitigation.

The data center employs multi-layer authentication, requiring biometric fingerprint scans and access cards for entry. Comprehensive 24x7 CCTV surveillance monitors the entire premises, while trained on-site security personnel are stationed at all entry and exit points. All visitors must be escorted by authorized staff at all times to maintain strict access control.

Fire safety is ensured through advanced Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus technology, enabling rapid detection of potential hazards. The fire suppression system operates independently from the main facility infrastructure, allowing localized and effective protection without impacting overall operations.

Strategically located in Jaipur, often referred to as the center of India, the facility offers excellent geographical advantages for low-latency connectivity. It is carrier neutral with direct peering to major Indian ISPs and network providers and is fully IPv6 ready. The data center is located ten minutes from Jaipur Airport and approximately three and a half hours from Delhi International Airport, enabling quick access for remote hands services and hardware maintenance.

The facility supports a wide range of scaling requirements, offering full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and private cages. Remote Hands services are available, allowing certified on-site experts to perform hardware installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks on behalf of clients.
