As a multi tenant retrofitted facility, it offers a variety of colocation options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace suites. The site also includes a dedicated Meet Me Room and expandable whitespace, allowing clients to scale operations as technical requirements evolve.

This includes UPS redundancy, cooling systems, and standby power generators. Fire Suppression and Onsite Support
Hardware protection is reinforced through advanced environmental safety systems, including an FM 200 gas based fire suppression solution. This safe gas technology effectively mitigates fire risks without harming sensitive electronic equipment. In addition, the facility provides twenty four seven onsite technical assistance and Remote Hands services, supported by amenities such as crash carts, office spaces, and breakrooms to ensure efficient operations.
