Its strategic proximity to the Blanda hydropower station guarantees a steady and secure supply of green energy, making it both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. This commitment to green operations is quantified by an exceptionally low Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) rating of 1.03, demonstrating that the center meets the highest standards of economic and environmental sustainability without wasting resources.

The data center currently boasts a fully built-out power capacity of 50 MW, but it is designed with significant scalability in mind. The Data center features an impressive expansion capability allowing it to scale up to over 100 MW, ensuring long-term viability for growing enterprises. Engineered to support the most demanding workloads, the facility is especially equipped for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) operations. Additionally, the facility offers "Remote Hands" services, providing clients with on-site technical assistance to manage physical infrastructure tasks remotely.
