Established in 1999, the Data Center provides 8,800 square meters of technical space designed to support a wide range of business needs. Its advantageous position near major roads linking the downtown area and the airport ensures exceptional accessibility, further enhanced by nearby public transportation options. This makes the facility a highly convenient and centrally located hub for enterprises.

The facility is powered by a resilient electrical system supplied by the main local provider, incorporating two independent substations and an additional spare feed for a total capacity of 8 MW. Power distribution is managed through an on-site transformer station and safeguarded by an MGE UPS system and diesel generators. With an A+B fully redundant supply and an annual availability of 99.999%, the data center guarantees near-continuous uptime.

The entire building is equipped with a fully redundant N+1 cooling system to maintain optimal conditions for IT equipment. Temperature is precisely regulated at 22°C ± 2°C, with cool air supplied beneath the raised floor through Stultz air handling units. This ensures a stable and controlled environment even during peak loads or cooling component failures.

Security and operations are reinforced by 24/7 facility access, continuous on-site staffing, and dedicated security personnel supported by video surveillance and a comprehensive alarm system. The data center employs VESDA early-warning smoke detection with automatic fire suppression, alongside UPS and generator protection. Available services include room, cage, footprint, and rack rental, hosting of individual servers, server rental, remote server management, virtual servers, business continuity services, and office space.

As a carrier-neutral data center, the facility delivers exceptional connectivity with access to more than 20 Hungarian and international service providers, offering virtually unlimited bandwidth. It supports various space configurations such as full and partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suites. The network ecosystem includes one Internet Exchange Point, 63 peering networks, and two network providers, serving three tenants with colocation services.
