This facility is a multi-tenant data center that became operational in 2024, retrofitted within a substantial 2,000 sq.m. total building size on a large 10,000 sq.m. plot. The current available space, or Live Whitespace, is 360 sq.m., which also represents the Fully Built-Out Whitespace, indicating the space is not currently expandable, although the overall Whitespace is expandable within the building's design. The interior features a Raised Floor environment with a high Floor to Ceiling Height of 550 cm and a robust Max Floor Load of 1,500 kg/sq.m.

The site's power capacity is robust, featuring a Fully Built-Out Power of 2 MW, with Live Power at 0.75 MW. The electrical system is highly reliable, sourced from two independent power sub-stations connected to 2 x 1 MW on site transformers. Critical redundancy is ensured with N+1 UPS Redundancy utilizing Riello units and an N+1 Standby Power Redundancy system supported by ses - Volvo diesel aggregates for backup in unforeseen situations. Crucially, each rack is directly fed by both independent power sources (A/B feeds).

Cooling efficiency is a key feature, driven by an advanced cold aisle containment solution which significantly reduces energy consumption. The site utilizes a raised floor environment with underfloor air distribution for effective cooling. The cooling system itself has N+1 Cooling Redundancy and uses equipment from Uniflair - Schneider - Gree. This design contributes to an excellent power usage effectiveness rating of PUE 1.39.

Customers have flexible options for housing their equipment. They may bring their own rack or utilize the site's standard 47 units tall enclosures. The site also offers unit-based equipment colocation in shared, multi-tenant rack cabinets. The maximum power available per standard rack is 11 kW, while the overall density is 1 kW/sq.m. Max power/area.

The facility maintains a strong commitment to security, encompassing both physical and information technological measures. Physical security features include a Fenced Perimeter, continuous CCTV surveillance, and Card Access Control. An Onsite Security Staff is present 24/7 to ensure constant monitoring and protection.

The site offers comprehensive connectivity, with four fiber providers available for customer connections. Essential support infrastructure includes a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR). For staff and client convenience, amenities such as a Breakroom, Office Space, Loaner Tools, WiFi, and 15 Parking spots are available. Onsite Technical Staff is available during business hours to provide technical assistance.
