The data center has a total gross floor space of 810 square meters, divided into three modular sections. Each section has the capacity to house 90 racks, for a total of 270 racks across the entire facility.

The data center is engineered for a secure and functional environment. The server racks are 46U in height with dimensions of 800 mm by 1200 mm, offering a generous working depth within the cold/warm aisle containment system. This system is part of a cooling concept that uses chilled water free cooling, ensuring energy-efficient and resource-saving operation. The facility also includes dedicated offices for guests, an air-conditioned meeting room for up to 8 people with a 75-inch screen, and utilities for daily needs, all designed with the latest workplace ergonomics.

Reliability is a core focus of the data center's design. The power supply is protected by two independent building feeders connected to the regional power grid. The internal power distribution, from the substation down to each individual server rack, is designed with N+N redundancy to ensure maximum reliability and prevent outages. The cooling system also features modular n+1 redundancy to guarantee high availability. For fire safety, a multi-zone extinguishing system uses an environmentally friendly nitrogen agent and is coupled with an early fire detection system that analyzes recirculating air for even the smallest smoke particles.

The modular design of the server space, with three separate sections each capable of holding 90 racks, allows for flexible and scalable colocation options. This structure enables customers to grow their footprint within the data center as their needs evolve.

The facility maintains a high level of security with a multi-layered approach. Physical security measures include a secure access system with an isolation system, high-resolution camera surveillance, and electronic locking of the racks. The building is monitored by sensors and protected by a burglar alarm system (EMA). The Network Operation Center (NOC) is staffed 24/7, and access security is enhanced through the use of an authentication methodology that combines personal contact with data center staff, rather than relying solely on purely biometric methods.

Beyond the core server environment, the data center offers several amenities for staff and customers. These include the aforementioned guest offices and meeting room. The facility also provides sufficient and free parking spaces directly in front of the building. The redundant network and power connections are a key part of the facility's offering, providing secure, highly available connections that are often difficult to implement in on-premises solutions.
