To support high density computing and diverse client requirements, the center provides a total power capacity of 2 MW. This significant footprint allows NorthC to offer flexible housing options, ranging from large scale deployments to smaller, specialized setups, ensuring that the physical environment can grow alongside the digital demands of its tenants.

NorthC offers a highly versatile range of colocation solutions tailored to the specific needs of IT providers and government institutions. Clients can choose from full cabinets, partial cabinets, or shared rackspace for smaller deployments. For organizations requiring enhanced privacy or larger footprints, the facility provides dedicated cages, private suites, and specific floor footprints. Additionally, the Remote Hands service is available to provide on site technical assistance, allowing clients to manage their hardware without being physically present.
