The HH3 data center, planned and coordinated by IPHH, is a state-of-the-art facility with a fully built-out power capacity of 1.2 MW and 804 sq.m. of whitespace. The total building size is 1,300 sq.m. with a raised floor design supporting a maximum floor load of 2,000 kg/sq.m. The facility is a single-story building, operational since 2019.
HH3 provides a wide range of hosting options tailored to different client needs. These include full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and secure cages. Customers can also rely on remote hands services, ensuring professional onsite support whenever required.
Power supply at HH3 is fully redundant with N+1 UPS, N+1 cooling, and N+1 standby power systems. Redundant transformers, generators, and UPS systems guarantee reliable energy delivery. Each rack can support up to 8 kW, while the maximum power per area is 2 kW/sq.m. Highly efficient open-air cooling systems regulate airflow through raised floors and cold aisles, eliminating hotspots and ensuring consistent server temperatures.
The facility is ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating compliance with international standards for information security management.
Security is prioritized with 24/7 onsite guards, mantrap entry systems, CCTV surveillance, and card access control. Fire protection includes a VdS-approved aspirating smoke detection system, nitrogen-based fire suppression, and non-flammable, low-smoke/halogen-free materials throughout the facility. Smoke detectors are installed both in the raised floors and on ceilings, with direct connections to the fire brigade. Emergency plans are tested monthly, and maintenance contracts ensure continuous reliability of safety systems.
To support customers and staff, the facility includes operating rooms, workshops, warehouses, a conference room, breakroom, loading bay, crash carts, loaner tools, and WiFi. Roof access and a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR) are also available.
The HH3 data center is well-connected, with 13 peering networks and 1 network provider ensuring stable connectivity and strong performance for customer operations.
