Situated in the heart of the Rhein Main regional economy, FRA02 is strategically positioned to serve international finance, logistics, and biotech hubs. The facility is located less than 10km from the world renowned DE CIX internet exchange point and a brief 10 minute drive from Frankfurt Airport. This prime location offers multi carrier connectivity with direct access to Tier 1 fiber providers like Colt, Gasline, and euNetworks, ensuring ultra low latency for global operations.

The facility is engineered for high density requirements, securing a massive 100 MW of total grid capacity. Of this, 54 MW is dedicated specifically to IT power, supported by a redundant 110kV to 20kV on site high voltage substation. With a maximum power density of 3.5 kW per sq.m., the infrastructure is designed to handle the rigorous demands of modern enterprise and hyperscale computing environments without compromise.

Built to Tier 3 compliance, the purpose built center spans 45,000 sq.m. of whitespace. The architecture features impressive clear heights exceeding 6.5 meters and a robust floor load capacity of 2 tons per square meter. Tenants can choose from a versatile range of configurations including full or partial cabinets, shared rackspace, private cages, suites, or entirely bespoke build to suit solutions, all supported by 24 7 Remote Hands technical assistance.

FRA02 is located in a low risk zone intentionally selected to avoid flood plains, earthquake prone areas, and airport flight corridors. Security is paramount, featuring a 2.4m fenced perimeter and a sophisticated entrance rejection scheme. The site’s safety profile is further bolstered by the absence of hazardous industrial neighbors or gas stations, providing a stable and secure environment for critical data assets and CCTV monitored surveillance.

As part of the GreenSpace+ initiative, the facility targets LEED Platinum certification through an array of eco conscious features. The design incorporates a waterless cooling system and waste heat recovery capabilities, contributing to a highly efficient PUE of 1.2. The environment is further enhanced by green roofs, PV solar installations on ancillary buildings, green facades, and high quality outdoor spaces designed to support employee wellbeing.Beyond the technical hardware, the facility is designed for operational ease. It offers ample on site parking equipped with EV charging stations to support the transition to electric mobility.
