The Partimus data center is strategically situated in Limburg, Germany, positioning it in close proximity to the world renowned Frankfurt data hub. This location ensures exceptionally low latency and high speed access to both national and international network backbones. By leveraging its position near one of Europe’s most significant internet exchange points, the facility provides its clients with two distinct peering networks, ensuring seamless and rapid data transfer for global operations.

Designed for mission critical operations, the facility is a Tier 3 purpose built data center that became operational in 2023. It holds prestigious ISO IEC 27001 and TÜV Saarland Level 3 certifications, reflecting a commitment to the highest international standards for information security and operational excellence. The site is a multi tenant facility featuring 800 sq.m. of whitespace, with 799 sq.m. currently live, providing a professional and certified environment for modern IT infrastructure.

The data center is engineered for high density performance with a fully built out power capacity of 2 MW, featuring a live load of 1 MW and an additional 1 MW currently under construction. Each rack can support a maximum power density of 12 kW, catering to high performance computing needs. To guarantee 24 7 uptime, the facility employs N+1 redundancy across all critical systems, including its Uninterruptible Power Supply, cooling infrastructure, and standby power generators.

Security is handled through a comprehensive, multi layered defense strategy. The perimeter is fully fenced and monitored by 24 7 CCTV surveillance, with access restricted via a mantrap entry system. Internal movement is tightly controlled using multi factor authentication, including biometric and card access controls. While there is no dedicated onsite security staff, the facility is constantly monitored to prevent unauthorized entry and protect the 110 server racks housed within the two server rooms.

To safeguard hardware and data, the facility is equipped with highly sensitive smoke detectors and an automatic carbon dioxide CO2 extinguishing system, designed to suppress fires without damaging delicate electronics. Technical reliability is further bolstered by 24 7 onsite technical staff who provide Remote Hands services, ensuring that any hardware issues can be addressed immediately. The facility also provides essential tools for technicians, such as crash carts and WiFi throughout the data halls.

Partimus is committed to environmental responsibility, powering its operations with 100 percent green electricity. A significant portion of this energy is generated by the facility’s own onsite solar system.
