Formerly known as Interxion FRA6, this facility was rebranded following Digital Realty’s acquisition of Interxion in 2022. The Data center is strategically positioned in the east of Frankfurt, offering exceptional accessibility just 20 kilometers from Frankfurt Airport and only two minutes from the nearest public transport links. It serves as a vital hub for the cloud, digital media, and finance sectors, fostering a collaborative environment for companies to forge new alliances and drive revenue growth.

For investment and trading firms, the facility offers shared, redundant access to the Deutsche Börse Group’s trading systems. Participants in this Finance community benefit from an extensive community of service providers, including market data vendors and low latency connectivity specialists. Recognized as the best connected data center in Europe, the site provides access to over 400 carriers and ISPs. It famously hosts the core infrastructure of the DE CIX Internet Exchange, providing direct access to the majority of DE CIX members. The facility features dual entry fiber and SLA based cross connects across the entire campus to ensure peak network performance and reduced latency.

The facility provides a diverse range of space solutions to accommodate various business sizes and technical requirements. Clients can choose from Full Cabinets and Partial Cabinets for individual hardware deployments, or utilize Shared Rackspace for smaller scale needs. For larger footprints, the Data center offers secure Cages and dedicated Suites Footprints, allowing for complete customization and the flexibility to scale infrastructure as business demands evolve.

To ensure seamless operations without the need for constant on site client presence, the facility offers Remote Hands services. This 24 7 technical support team acts as an extension of the client's IT staff, performing essential tasks such as hardware resets, cable management, visual inspections, and equipment installations. This service is backed by on site technical staff to maintain mission critical systems and minimize downtime.

The facility delivers managed power with a fully built out capacity of 2.4 MW across 5,658 sq. m. of whitespace. To ensure maximum uptime, it utilizes 2N UPS redundancy and N+1 backup generators supported by a refueling SLA. Clients can take advantage of high density power configurations and a full range of AC DC output currents, all backed by power availability SLAs of up to 99.999%.

Security is maintained through a fenced perimeter and five layers of physical protection, including 24 7 security staff, biometric access, and mantraps. The environment is climate controlled to ASHRAE standards with an Argon gas based fire suppression system. Committed to sustainability, the campus utilizes free cooling and waste heat reuse, operating under multiple ISO certifications 9001, 14001, 22301, 27001, 50001 and PCI DSS compliance.
